Social Media Manager
Kaduna (Hybrid)Full-time
Own LARIAL LTD's social presence end-to-end — build a content engine that turns CAC compliance into clear, useful, on-brand storytelling for Nigerians at home and abroad.
Responsibilities
- Plan and publish a weekly content calendar across Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp Status
- Write short-form copy, captions, and hooks that explain CAC services in plain language
- Produce or commission lightweight graphics, reels, and short-form video (Canva / CapCut level)
- Run community management — DMs, comments, replies — and route serious leads to WhatsApp
- Track engagement and follower growth; report what's working and iterate monthly
- Coordinate with Ops/Compliance to turn real client wins into shareable case studies
Requirements
- 1+ year managing brand social accounts (agency or in-house)
- Strong written communication in English; Pidgin a plus
- Comfortable with Canva, CapCut, and at least one scheduling tool (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar)
- Eye for clean, modern, on-brand visuals
- Self-starter who can ship without micromanagement
- Bonus: familiarity with CAC / SME / fintech audiences in Nigeria
